Founded in 2003, Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Ventura Barnett Properties is an independently owned and operated real estate company that embodies the entrepreneurial spirit of Silicon Valley and is quickly revolutionizing the industry with our unique philosophy and forward thinking approach to real estate. The company affiliated with Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate LLC in December of 2008. This strategic relationship with an iconic brand will allow us to deliver that expectation throughout the Valley.

We have over 160 agents serving Santa Clara County. Two of our agents are former Real Estate Board Presidents, 17 of them have real estate broker licenses and 10 of them have the real estate industry’s most prestigious CRS designation.

For more than 25 years, Tony Ventura has achieved remarkable success as a real estate agent in Santa Clara County. Since 1983, Tony managed real estate offices in San Jose for Van Vleck Realtors, Cornish & Carey Residential Real Estate, Coldwell Banker, and a major Century 21 franchise. During that tenure, Tony developed a unique management style that combined the best attributes of an independent broker and a national company by creating an office where his primary goals were to support his agents and met the needs of their clients. As a result, Tony continues to work with a core group of real estate agents that have been with him for more than 15 years.
