For more than 25 years, Tony Ventura has achieved remarkable success as a real estate agent in Santa Clara County. Since 1983, Tony managed real estate offices in San Jose. During that tenure, he developed a unique management style that combined the best attributes of an independent broker and a national company by creating an office where his primary goals were to support his agents and met the needs of their clients. Tony continues to work with a core group of real estate agents that have been with him in the same San Jose office for more than 15 years.
